Returns Information
You may return your merchandise for a full refund or exchange for another item within 30 days of receipt. We cannot refund your original postage costs if you have simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. Customers are also responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your goods via recorded or registered post. Any queries please contact via the contact form on the website. Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend that you use Royal Mail and get a proof of postage. Please do not use Special Delivery before 9am, as we open at 10am!
Clothing & Accessories
All items must be unused and include the original packaging with all tags attached. If you plan to return an item of clothing please keep it clean. Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged.
